Okra

Back to the farm.  Another prolific crop to grow is okra.  Okra is a hot weather plant.  Heat wont slow it down, but it does need water.  So, what are you going to do with all this okra?  You can start with frying okra and okra gumbo.  There are many okra recipes which include tomatoes.  Then there is pickled okra.  I dont know yet how I like okra pickles as I haven't made any yet and I understand that they have to age a while to be good.  I'll keep you posted.  In the meantime, you do want to find some good, healthy recipes; so CLICK HERE!
