How to live healthier and happier while saving money and gaining self-sufficiency.

It is a sad day on the micro farm. One of our elderly chocolate labs died this morning. Her name was Susan and she lived for 12 wonderful years and 2 months. She was raised with her sisters (litter mates) Snickers and Rita. Snickers died at 9 years old from cancer and Rita survives her. Here on the farm, she is also survived by her niece, Betty. She was a great dog, happy and healthy, a source of much joy. She will be missed by all who lived with her. And, of course, poor Ray will be digging a large hole this evening.
